CPE 135A an elastic polymer material made of high-density polythene resin through chlorination reaction. With the increase of chlorination degree, the original crystalline HDPE gradually becomes an amorphous elastomer.Since hydrogen atoms are replaced by chlorine atoms, the crystallisation of HDPE was destroyed and becomes soft and full of rubber property. Because of the presence of chlorine atom, CPE turns into polar polymers and has the same polar groups as PVC. Under this situation, it increases the compatibility of PVC. so the polymer chain can maintain enough Waals force, thus improving the impact resistance and toughening effect of PVC. It is a kind of odourless, nontoxic and white powder.

APPLICATION:

CPE 135A has fine multiple physical properties. It is an excellent and cost-effective impact modifier and can significantly improve the impact strength and temperature resistance of rigid plastic pipe and fitting. CPE 135A is also widely used in semi-rigid and soft plastic products. Moreover, CPE has the function of accelerating PVC melting and plasticising. With the increase of CPE content, the plasticising time is shortened, the plasticising torque and equilibrium torque are increased, and the viscosity of plasticised melt is increased.With excellent performance, CPE 135A is widely used in PVC plastic profile, sheet, pipe, pipe fittings, profile windows, foam board, ceiling, wall panel, door frame, PVC edge, CPVC pipe and fittings, WPC, SPC, waterproof material, wire and cable jacket, seals etc.
